Didn't take more than max 12 hours from the sign-up until I had access to my Cpanel, and could begin to upload files over FTP. The variety of software that you offer to the hosting price you have is amazing, easy to install, and works great. And everything is up to date and fully functional. Couldn't be better. I am very glad I chose this over GoDaddy.com and Aplus.net. Much better value, and there are so many more features, and so much more storage space. I would only like for the tech support to be a little friendlier. I would rather have someone who is friendly and can help me with WHM web hosting related and just WWW. related things, than someone who is worried they could tell me something they aren't supposed to because it`s not about WHM web hosting.

Great host!! You guys are changing stuff around frequently, I noticed. That's mostly really great but I have a rough time with character encoding because the default keeps changing and I often accidentally save something in the wrong encoding, which is a problem for me because half of my site is in French and I systematically lose, or end up with mutated versions of, all of my special characters whenever this happens. I would love it if there was some way to program the edit site to check in the body of the html text, and use the listed encoding as the default when opening the page. I'm not a programmer, so I don't know if that would be hard to do, but it sure would help a lot!!!
